The wind was strong enough at this point that driving was iffy and trying to get out and walk up to the point instilled fear of death, so we just took bad pictures from the car. So it turns out there were a handful of streets (closes) that were effectively buried in the 17th century when the royal exchange was built on top of the first, second, and third stories of the buildings along the side (the streets go downhill but the building is level with high street).

Also had a an extra bitter cask ale. Street tacos with just the right spices, hot dogs piled high with toppings. #mccollusscottish #latergram
